Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping package if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
